Our tale unfolds with co-founder Elvin Tan, who recruited 4 to 5 helpers from various maid agencies.

Each one declined to work for his household, likely daunted by the prospect of caring for his two young children and two elderly family members.

Faced with such rejection, Elvin's frustration sparked determination. He embarked on the CEI course and secured a license to start his own maid agency.
