Our story begins with co-founder Elvin Tan, who approached 4 to 5 helpers from different maid agencies. Unfortunately, each one turned down the opportunity to work for his family, possibly due to the responsibility of caring for his young children and elderly relatives.

In response to these setbacks, Elvin's determination led him to enroll in the CEI course and obtain a license to establish his own maid agency.
